Our Healing and Wellbeing Service supports adults, young people, and children from all cultural and social backgrounds using evidence-based, culturally informed, and trauma-aware approaches. We provide compassionate care that nurtures emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing, helping individuals and families navigate difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences that affect their quality of life. Our team works in partnership with clients to create safe and respectful spaces to process trauma, strengthen cultural identity and community connections, and develop practical strategies that build resilience, primate healing and restore hope.
How We Help
Our Healing and Wellbeing service acknowledges the vital role that family and friends play in providing support during challenging times. While we don’t seek to replace their care, we aim to complement it by helping you explore new perspectives and strengthen your overall wellbeing. Through a non-judgmental, private, and safe space to talk, we’re here to support your healing journey from:
- Depression
- Anxiety and stress
- Grief and loss
- Adjusting to medical and physical conditions
- Relationship problems
- Trauma and Abuse
- Sexual and gender identity crisis
- Poor anger management
- Domestic violence
- We also assess and provide reports on those seeking weight loss surgery, behavior support, and cognitive functioning.
We provide ongoing support to you and your family whenever and wherever it is needed and can connect you with other services for continued care if required. We assist you in accessing the full range of mental health and related support services while respecting your personal values, cultural beliefs and preferences. We work to address any barriers that may affect the continuity of your care and deliver all support in a culturally appropriate and professional manner.
Your Business, Your Privacy
This service is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during the provision of support. However, there are circumstances in which disclosure may be necessary, including: when you or a legally authorized representative provide consent, when required by law, when there is an immediate and specific risk of harm to an identifiable person that can only be prevented by sharing information, or when consulting with colleagues in a way that protects your identity and with prior notice. During the assessment process, we will collect personal contact information and maintain a record on file, which you may request to view at any time.
