Overview

Goolburri Social Support Group (SSG) helps our clients/elders to reconnect and enhance social inclusion through group activities. SSG allows clients/elders the opportunity to build and develop their skills relating to healthy eating, exercise, social and emotional wellbeing.

Services

SSG provided by Goolburri CHSP consist of the following:

• Group activities conducted by Goolburri.
• Group excursions deemed appropriate by Goolburri CHSP.
• Health checks/screening conducted by our Aboriginal Health Workers.

Transport

Transport is provided for all clients/elders attending the SSG activities.

General Information

• Light refreshments for clients/elders attending are provided by Goolburri CHSP
• A Direct Care Worker and Aboriginal Health Worker will be responsive to the clients/elders needs

Client Contribution Fee

• From $10/session
• 6hr session
• Payment may be made via cash, card or bank transfer
