Goolburri CHSP provides a Transport service to eligible clients/elders to assist them with better access to the community.

Services

Goolburri CHSP service assists their clients with local transport directly to attend the following:

• Doctor’s appointments
• Shopping
• Banking
• Group outings
• Social Support Group activities
• Community activities
• Library

Availability

Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5.00pm

General Information

• Wheelchair assistance available
• A Direct Care worker will be responsive to the clients/elders needs

Client Contribution Fee

• From $5 one-way – e.g. home to grocer, grocer to chemist and chemist to home = $15 for trip
• Payment at completion of job, or unless otherwise advised
• Payment may be made via cash, card or bank transfer
